Made to order

Every piece is printed or stitched to order, made specifically for you once the order comes in. Nothing is pre-stocked.

Exchanges on apparel

If a garment doesn't fit, you can exchange it once for a different size. Email [email protected] within 14 days of your order's delivery with your order number and the size you want. You cover the exchange shipping. We'll send a payment link, and the new piece goes into production once it's paid.

One exchange per item.

Cards, totes, blankets, throws, and the paddle set are one size, so there's nothing to exchange them for. Those are final.

Defects, damage, and wrong items

If something arrives defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, we make it right: a rework or a replacement, at no cost to you. Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. This is separate from the exchange above and doesn't count against it.
