Every piece is printed or stitched to order — made specifically for you once the order comes in. Because nothing is pre-stocked, we don't accept returns or exchanges for fit or change of mind. Check the size guide before you order.

Defects, damage, and wrong items

If something arrives defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, we make it right — a rework or a replacement. Email us at info@venicethreads.co within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort it.
